I grew up in a medical household yet I never heard about the connection between food and health.

For decades, I worked as a medical assistant in Primary Care without learning it either. It wasn't until I worked as a CMA for a board-certified family medicine doctor who studied nutrition on his own that I realized how powerful plant-based eating could be-not just for patients, but for myself.

For the first time, I saw patients actually get better instead of just managing symptoms.

My experience sparked a passion to help other women experience that same freedom.

I witnessed first hand how plant-based nutrition can prevent and even reverse many chronic diseases and how it's one of the best ways to maintain a healthy weight for life.

When I committed to a plant-based lifestyle, I lost 20 pounds in two months. Within weeks, my chronic headaches and plantar fasciitis disappeared and what I thought was IBS turned out to be a dairy intolerance (which, as it turns out, isn't uncommon in humans). I felt more energetic than I had in years. The experience changed everything and sparked a passion to help other women experience that same freedom.

Today, I help women who feel frustrated, worn out, or like nothing they've tried has truly worked. I guide them to cut through the noise, feel confident in their food choices, and nourish their bodies in a way that's simple, sustainable, and joyful.

In addition to studying and coaching plant-based nutrition for seven years through mentorship with a physician, I hold a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. My approach is all about progress, not perfection creating a community where women feel supported, seen, and empowered to thrive.

When I'm not coaching, I love spending time with family and friends and I'm a proud aunt to two wonderful nieces. I also enjoy Argentine Tango, disc golf, running, reading, watching movies, listening to podcasts, catching live music, and hanging out with my furbaby, Scout (who's a very good cat). You'll also often find me showing up for causes I believe in sometimes in costume.
